Healthy Eating Is The Best Habit…

I wanted to do a Whole30 as a way to find a healthy and sustainable way of life. I’ve tried it all: vegetarianism, calorie counting, and even meal replacements. Whole30 has helped me control my eating habits in an authentic manner. By authentic, I mean that this is no ‘temporary fix.’ What I have learned is intertwined with my daily choices and a part of my life.

Through the Whole30 process, I have learned to stop eating mindlessly. I am now consciously making choices about the foods I consume.

Prior to Whole30, food was a tangible time filler: I ate when I was on the computer or watching TV. Through the Whole30 process, I have learned to stop eating mindlessly. I am now consciously making choices about the foods I consume. If it’s not worth it to me, I don’t want it. Whole30 has allowed me to feel my victories, not just see them. I have had a significant decrease in my eczema flare ups, increased energy, and more restful, quality sleep.
